Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from LUME Snacks! If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days to request a return for a refund. We do not offer exchanges. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened. To initiate a return, contact support@lumesnacks.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include the order number in the email. Returns may take up to 14 days to process.

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement!

As we are all different, we appreciate that our granola may not be suitable for absolutely every body type and so we cannot offer refunds if the granola does not perform the changes you desire.
